About Manisha Patel, DO

Dr. Manisha Patel is a board-certified osteopathic physician with over 20 years of experience specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology. After graduating from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, she completed her residency at St. John Detroit Riverview Hospital and further refined her skills through a fellowship with the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Dr. Patel is passionate about building long-term relationships with her patients, providing comprehensive care throughout all stages of a woman’s life. From adolescence through menopause, she offers a wide range of services including preventive screenings, contraception counseling, fertility support, menopausal management, and expert obstetrical care.

Dr Patel was/is my wife’s OB and we came to her via a recommendation from another doctor. For any husband or partner out there, you will not be disappointed – Dr Patel is absolutely amazing. She was phenomenal throughout the pregnancy but especially amazing when our little one decided to come 5 weeks early. She has an extremely calm demeanor and helped us relax through a very stressful period. During the actual delivery, I never felt worried. She is truly an amazing doctor and I wasn’t surprised that all the nurses spoke so highly of her (and even had her as their delivery doctor). Thanks for everything Dr Patel!!
