Dr. Manisha Patel is a board-certified osteopathic physician with over 20 years of experience specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology. After graduating from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, she completed her residency at St. John Detroit Riverview Hospital and further refined her skills through a fellowship with the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Patel is passionate about building long-term relationships with her patients, providing comprehensive care throughout all stages of a woman’s life. From adolescence through menopause, she offers a wide range of services including preventive screenings, contraception counseling, fertility support, menopausal management, and expert obstetrical care.
Dr. Patel champions a holistic approach, offering comprehensive gynecological care and obstetrical services, and prioritizes patient education and empowering women to make informed decisions about their health through open communication and a focus on preventative care.

With a commitment to women’s health for over 25 years, Dr. Kathleen Rausch brings her extensive experience and compassionate care to Physicians for OBGYN Care.
After graduating from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, she completed her residency at Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Rausch has a distinguished career, having chaired the OB/GYN department at Reston Hospital Center and serving on its Medical Board. Her dedication extends to ongoing committee work at the hospital.
Beyond her impressive background, Dr. Rausch takes pride in building strong relationships with her patients. She provides comprehensive women’s healthcare, with a particular focus on high-risk pregnancies and adolescent gynecology. Dr. Rausch fosters a welcoming environment for young women, ensuring their first gynecological visit is both informative and respectful.
A working mom and lifelong learner, Dr. Rausch enjoys an active life with yoga, swimming, reading, and even the art of cello and beekeeping.
