Our goal is to provide the highest-quality obstetrics/gynecology “OB/GYN” medical care and service, emphasizing a proactive and comprehensive approach to women’s health care. We strive to provide excellence in care that is both compassionate and truly patient-focused. From the moment you enter the office, we want you to be completely satisfied with every aspect of your care.

Dr. Manisha Patel, a board-certified OB/GYN with 20+ years of experience, champions women’s health across all life stages. Following her medical training at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and St. John Detroit Riverview Hospital, Dr. Patel further refined her skills through a fellowship with the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
She offers preventive screenings, contraception guidance, fertility and menopausal support, along with expert obstetrical care. Dr. Patel’s mission: intelligent, meaningful care that empowers women on their wellness journey.

With a commitment to women’s health for over 25 years, Dr. Kathleen Rausch brings her extensive experience and compassionate care to Physicians for OBGYN Care.
Following her schooling at University of Texas Health Science Center and residency at Albany Medical Center (Chief Resident), she held leadership positions at Reston Hospital Center, including department chair and Medical Board member. Dr. Rausch offers comprehensive women’s healthcare, specializing in high-risk pregnancies and adolescent gynecology. Known for her patient-centered approach, she creates a welcoming environment for women.

We have intentionally limited the size of our practice in order to devote more time to each patient’s care and individual needs. We offer patients certain non-covered amenities and benefits designed to personalize and enhance their health care experience.

Our focus is on changing and improving the way women’s healthcare is delivered. We will be available for patients’ needs- both mind and body. Our concierge practice offers patients a safe and welcoming place throughout their life’s journey.
Little or no office waiting room time, and longer appointments. Office visits will start promptly.
Appointments will generally be scheduled for approximately 30 minutes and your annual exam will be scheduled for approximately 60 minutes. Our hope is to afford you the time to thoroughly address all of your questions and concerns, regardless of the reason for your visit.
Strong focus on preventive medicine and long-term health and wellness.
As part of our commitment to your long-term gynecological health and wellness, our philosophy is to educate you about the importance of fitness and healthy living. In addition to the cutting-edge 21-century approaches offered through the practice, we will assist you in identifying and evaluating wellness providers and offerings. This will support your effort to take an active role in managing and maintaining your good health.

It is our intent to be at every patient delivery, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
